Owning a pet is quite an ‘in’ thing these days. And it’s a good thing also because the way our pets get attached to us and we also love them equally. It is the best feeling in the world.
Are you a cat person or a dog person – this is a frequently asked question among us. People have different opinions and answers for this question.
Personally, I have not yet discovered whether I like cats more or dogs. But one thing I know about myself is that I am an animal lover for sure.
Animals are for sure a stress reliever. Pets keep our hearts young and healthy. We become kids with them.
Various studies show that people who are sad or depressed when surrounded by pets become cheerful and active.
Getting pets for your parents and family might also help in keeping them busy and happy at heart the whole time. Pets also have a sense of belongingness towards their owners.
We can have any kind of pet. Some people like cats, some like dogs, some prefer hamsters while others like guinea pigs. But if you are a cat lover then you have got quite a taste, I must say.
It is often said that cat lovers live longer and it in fact is scientific fact to be truthful. Adopting a cat is really good when you have kids as it keeps the atmosphere very enthusiastic. It makes your kids more friendly and social.
It is in fact proven that kids who grew up with pets are considered comradelier than the others.
I have a cousin who has a cat. His name is Gauster. He is such a cute and adorable animal. It is very pretty and has beautiful eyes.
And I think all the cat lovers will agree with me that all the cats like warmth more than anything else.
Also, Gauster is a big time attention seeker. He likes to be petted, to be played with and also he wants to be talked to. If he enters a room full of people, he needs attention from every single being present there.
Cats are considered as a very sophisticated animal as they are very particular about certain things and their choices are very clear. They are not that easy to please. They need proper care.
They also love to cuddle and the one thing that I love the most about cats is that they are quite photogenic. Some of the cats have a perfect camera sense while the others hate being clicked. But you can click them while they are sound asleep, it gives a perfect candid shot.
People who love cats or are totally obsessed with this species, should totally give a look to this very interesting article.
I have got some amazing book suggestions for you all, that are purrfect (perfect) for you.
From CAT SENSE to THE BOOK OF PAWSOME, here are some of my recommendations of books that will give you a better sense of understanding of how cats actually are and will also make your bond with your feline even more special than before.

I personally like all these books a lot. But of all the lot if it was for one book that is my favorite it will be, “Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World.” It is so because this very story touched my soul to its core.
There are moments when you feel bad and sympathetic for the cat but then there comes a moment when you feel happy and content when the library director lets her stay in the library itself.
The bond that is established between them is so beautiful. It actually feels that you are living the story yourself.
I like “Stink Outside The Box” too as it gives you a hint about what your cat thinks about you, and honestly that is quite an insightful thought.
And yes there are so many other books also that are especially for cat lovers. Like the very famous one, “A Street Cat Named Bob.” This book is really amazing. This book has several amazing stuffs that can be too engaging for a feline fanatic.
Reading helps you think a lot and analyze every situation in different ways and also have a huge impact on forming a perspective of your own.
Reading has regained its importance in this world of digitalization where social media is preferred over everything else.
It happened because people realized as much as fascinating the social media is but still one has to be realistic at some point of time.
At last, I would like to tell all the cat lovers out there that reading these books will surely enhance your understanding towards your feline kid.
And also for the ones who are obsessed with cats and are planning to make a social media page for your cat, I would suggest you all at least gather some facts related to cats. It will help you grow a stable social media handle.
