Welcome to MoneyMintz.com (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an online platform offering English grammar exercises, advanced vocabulary lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and community features. By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MoneyMintz.com. We may update these Terms at any time; the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity.

  • By posting, you grant MoneyMintz.com a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content on the Site for operational, promotional, or improvement purposes.
  • You are solely responsible for your content. We do not pre-screen but may remove anything we deem inappropriate.
  • You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (lessons, exercises, videos, images, design, code, branding) is © MoneyMintz.com or its licensors.
  • You may use content only for personal, non-commercial learning.
  • No reproduction, public display, or resale is allowed without written consent.
  • Trademarks (e.g., “MoneyMintz”) are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Premium Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You authorize recurring charges.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings. Access continues until the billing period ends.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., 14-day EU cooling-off period).
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or Site announcement.

7. Third-Party Links & Integrations

  • The Site may link to external resources (e.g., dictionaries, YouTube videos).
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.
  • Use such links at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy or completeness of educational materials

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES, EXAM RESULTS, OR CAREER ADVANCEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYMINTZ.COM, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, progress, or account access
  • Errors in content or technical malfunctions
  • Third-party actions or user interactions

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $50 IF NO PAYMENT).

10. Termination

  • By You: Close your account anytime in settings.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, fraud, or legal reasons, without notice or refund.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends. Sections 3–9, 11–13 survive.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyMintz.com from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your user content
  • Your misuse of the Site

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
  • No class actions; disputes are individual only.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the full agreement.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
